It’s time to focus on our health right here and right now.

Health Adventures

Adventures can be unusual and exciting when it comes to our health and this is where a nature-derived life of wellness living is here to help you experience some unusual and exciting ways to live out your life.

Difficulties

How we started and how we must continue to forge ahead in difficult times. The stories I will share will involve all the trials and tribulations I and others have experienced. It is my hope that you will find hope and inspiration through my and my family’s experiences.

Our mindset should be about listening and sharing openly our stories for everyone to hear and learn from. I know it won’t be easy for some of us.

Weariness

A sign and a twinge of fatigue is deep weariness. The pace, the incessant activity, the noise, deadlines, and the demands we are faced with in our daily lives. In these, we experience feelings of failure. Our natural tendency is to say, “I give up!” and this of course is the dangerous extreme of being “weary.”

Growing weary is a consequence of waiting, fighting the enemy.

I am worn out from my groaning. All night long I flood my bed with weeping and drench my couch with tears. My eyes grow weak with sorrow; they fail because of all my foes.

Our strength has its limits when it comes to our health

The Master, God, has given me a well-taught tongue, So I know how to encourage tired people. He wakes me up in the morning, Wakes me up, opens my ears to listen as one ready to take orders.

Why would you ever complain, O Jacob,
    or, whine, Israel, saying,
“God has lost track of me.
    He doesn’t care what happens to me”?
Don’t you know anything? Haven’t you been listening?
God doesn’t come and go. God lasts.
    He’s Creator of all you can see or imagine.
He doesn’t get tired out, doesn’t pause to catch his breath.
    And he knows everything, inside and out.
He energizes those who get tired,
    gives fresh strength to dropouts.
For even young people tire and drop out,
    young folk in their prime stumble and fall.
But those who wait upon God get fresh strength.
    They spread their wings and soar like eagles,
They run and don’t get tired,
    they walk and don’t lag behind.

“Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly.”

For he himself is our peace, who has made us both one and has broken down in his flesh the dividing wall of hostility.

Your Wall

I call this a chisel of time that you owe yourself. It’s a way to chisel away at the wall that you have formed around yourself.

In place of our exhaustion and fatigue, he will give us rest that is if we go to Him!

  • Nature – find a spot to sit back and soak up everything that surrounds you. I would honestly say the sound of water is the most fulfilling.
  • Location – the location you chose should be where you can sit back, relax, journal, paint, draw, meditate, and pray the day away.

How To Transform Your Life

  • Venture out and do some life-changing adventures.
  • Invest in your health and your well-being.
  • Learn some new ways that will help you cope with all of the trials and tribulations that have come and gone in your life.
  • Learn how to grieve.

Fill yourself up with some amazing life-changing self-esteem-improving adventures. Understand that this will require your involvement. Involvement means commitment.

Taking on a new adventure is choosing the adventure that you want to take.

Safe To Engage is to learn how to choose a person who is safe for you to engage with them about your struggles.

Life-Changing events that are happening in your life right now or shortly. What types of hobbies are you interested in doing? Doing some digital art can lead you to inspiration.

Self-Driven or Not? learn some new ways how you can be more self-driven.

Healed – learn how to truly heal.

Achievement – It’s in the details, learn how to adopt a new lifestyle where you can thrive.
